DA VITTORIO SHANGHAI is the Cerea family's first restaurant outside of Europe. Located on the Bund, Shanghai's hub, directly across from Lujiazui, China's most vibrant financial district, DA VITTORIO SHANGHAI brings its impeccable hospitality and cutting-edge cuisine to the area. Through its creative use of local ingredients, DA VITTORIO SHANGHAI aims to offer its guests a first-rate Italian food and wine experience.

Starting from the entrance of the restaurant, guests can feel the redefined space of DA VITTORIO SHANGHAI.
The lighting and arrangement at the bar sets an artistic ambience that allows guests to wind down. Throughout the restaurant, flower arrangements are adjusted regularly to reflect the changing seasons.
The main dining room at DA VITTORIO SHANGHAI have 14 tables and 40 seats with a chic interior design that pays tribute to Mid-Century modern aesthetic through simplicity and pared-down palette. In addition to the main dining room, guests have access to 4 connectable private dining rooms and 1 big banquet room with 16 seats perfect for business occasions or intimate celebrations.

The Kitchen

Since July 2025, DA VITTORIO SHANGHAI has welcomed a familiar face: Leonardo Zambrino, who returns to the role of Executive Chef. From 2013 to 2015, Leonardo worked at DA VITTORIO's headquarters in Bergamo, where he was entrusted with the crucial task of preparing all seafood dishes, marking the beginning of his connection with the Cerea family. In keeping with the Cerea family's culinary tradition, DA VITTORIO SHANGHAI offers a seafood-focused menu, while also featuring iconic dishes such as "Paccheri alla Vittorio" and "Uovo all'uovo." In addition to sourcing the finest ingredients globally, Chef Zambrino and his team have also explored local flavor profiles, constantly seeking new discoveries to inspire the creative process.

The wine selection is a true reflection of the world's finest. It features legendary winemakers and exceptional vintages worthy of revisiting. There are also some hidden gems: wines from lesser-known producers and regions, yet of great value and with enormous potential.
